I work with people who are 18 or over.  

Fees: 

£60 per 50 minute session for individuals.

£90 per 90 minute session for couples sessions.  

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to see if we are a good match to work together. I will ask you to sign a contract covering confidentiality, data protection, complaints procedure etc.

As a therapist I work with people dealing with a wide range of needs.  This includes depression, low self-esteem, anxiety and stress.  This can be in the workplace, within relationships or in other areas of life.   My work also includes support in coping with relationship and family conflict and difficulties as well as educational issues. I also have extensive clinical experience with clients who have been abused, physically, emotionally and sexually, those who have experienced childhood trauma, people struggling with addiction, sexual assault and many other traumas, losses and crises.
